What if I’m unable to view my bank balance on PhonePe?
If you’re unable to check your bank balance on PhonePe, it could be due to any one of the below reasons:
- Technical issues at your bank
- Poor internet or network connectivity
- You’ve entered a wrong UPI PIN once or too many times
- You haven’t set a UPI PIN for that account
You can,
- Try after 1 hour if you were unable to check your balance due to technical issues
- Try after checking if your mobile and internet connectivity is strong
- Try with the correct UPI PIN or reset your UPI PIN and try again
- Try after setting a UPI PIN for your account
- Contact your bank and check if your mobile number on PhonePe and the number registered with your bank account is the same
- Try after unlinking and adding your bank account on PhonePe
Note: You can only check the bank balance for accounts that you have added on PhonePe.
