Why am I unable to see the Aadhaar option to set my UPI PIN?
You may not see this option due to any one of the below reasons:
You have entered the wrong Aadhaar number twice. In this case, you will only be able to set or reset your UPI PIN using your Aadhaar number after 24 hours.
The bank account you’re trying to add on PhonePe is not linked to your Aadhaar number.
Your bank currently doesn’t support setting the UPI PIN using your Aadhaar number.
Note: This feature is currently live only for users who are using PhonePe on an Android device. We’re working towards making it available for iOS users as well.
