Why am I not receiving the OTP?
If you do not receive an OTP on your registered mobile number while trying to set your UPI PIN, please check the following and try after some time:
- You have good network connectivity
- You have not activated DND (Do Not Disturb) with your mobile operator for the number you have registered with us. You can check this in your Phone Settings >> Apps & Notifications >> Notifications >> Do Not Disturb.
Note: If you have already deactivated DND for your registered number and are still not receiving the OTP, please contact your bank for further assistance.
