What if I am unable to tokenise my card?
You may be unable to tokenise your card for any of the below reasons:
- Your card is issued by Amex or Diners Club
Note: Currently, you can’t tokenise these cards on PhonePe. However, we’re working towards enabling this and will notify you about it. - You haven’t entered correct card details
- Your card is inactive
