If your issue is not resolved after raising a complaint through Customer Complaint Support, you can escalate it using the following link:

  1. Enter the existing complaint reference number.
  2. Select Products & Services as Debit Card.
  3. Select Type of Query/Complaint as ATM/POS Transaction Dispute.
  4. Fill all the mandate fields marked with (*).
  5. Select Relationship with bank as Account Holder.
  6. Select Submit.
