What if my FASTag balance is not updated after a successful payment?
While most FASTag recharges are updated instantly after a successful payment, sometimes there can be a delay in updating the status of the recharge from FASTag issuing bank’s end.
If your FASTag balance is yet to be updated, please wait for 2 working days.
If your FASTag balance is still not updated after 2 working days, please contact your FASTag issuing bank and share the Operator Reference ID with them. You can find the Operator Reference ID on the History screen in your PhonePe app.
