What if my FASTag recharge payment is pending on PhonePe?

FASTag recharges on PhonePe are usually instant. However, in rare cases, due to technical issues, your FASTag issuing bank may take longer than usual to confirm the status of your payment. We request you to check the History section of your PhonePe app after a few hours from the time of recharge to know the final recharge status.

If your FASTag recharge fails for any reason, the entire amount will be refunded to you within 3 to 5 days.
