Where can I find the UTR number for this payment?

To find the UTR number for your failed payment, 

1. Tap History on your PhonePe app home screen. 
2. Select the failed payment for which you would like to view the UTR number. 
3. You will see the 12-digit UTR number in the Debited from section on the screen.
