Can I use the policy details available on PhonePe to file a claim? 

Yes, you can use the policy details available on your PhonePe app to file a claim. If the insurer asks you for the policy document, you can share the one that has already been sent to your registered email ID or get a copy by following the below steps:

1. Tap Insurance at the bottom of the home screen. You can also tap See All under the Insurance section on the home screen.
2. Tap Accident under the Life Insurance section.
3. Tap My Policies/View All.
4. Select the relevant policy.
5. Tap the email icon for your policy document.
