What benefits are not covered in the comprehensive insurance plan?

The comprehensive insurance plan doesn’t provide cover in the following situations:

• Aging, wear and tear of your car.
• Mechanical or electrical breakdown
• Damage caused under the influence of alcohol, drugs and any other intoxicating substance.
• Damage caused while driving without a valid driving license.
• Consequential loss and Contractual Liability of any kind.
• Loss or damage outside the geographical boundary of India.
• Damage to tyres & tubes without the car being damaged.
• Damage to insured's own property.
• Intentional self injury or attempted suicide.
• Vehicle used for purposes not covered under limitations.
• Vehicle driven by any one other than a licensed driver.
• Losses due to ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity.
• Losses caused due to nuclear weapons material.
• Losses caused due to war and war like situation.
