What is the third-party plan and what does it cover?

A third-party plan covers your legal liability when,

• Your car hits another person and causes them injury or leads to their death. With this insurance, the insurance provider will pay a compensation amount with no cap to that person (As per Legal settlement).
• Your car causes damage to another vehicle or property. In such an instance, the insurance provider will pay for the damages caused by your car up to a maximum of ₹7.5 lakhs.

Important: In the unfortunate event of you injuring yourself in any accident, please note that this insurance will not provide you any compensation for your injuries, unless you have a Comprehensive Personal Accident policy.
