Claims
In the event that you need to file a claim for your insurance, you will need to directly contact your insurance provider for assistance. Once you file the claim, the insurance provider will get in touch with you, if any further documentation is required.
- If you've chosen a cashless claim (taking your car to the network garage), the claim will be settled while your car is being repaired.
- If you've already repaired your car and have submitted the relevant documents for reimbursement, the claim will be settled within 30 days from the date of receipt of the last document.
Once successfully processed, the insurance provider will transfer your claim amount via NEFT to the bank account you've provided at the time of claim submission.
