Where can I find the COI or Policy Number for my insurance policy?
To view the COI or policy number for your insurance on your PhonePe app,
- Select the insurance type within the Insurance section.
- Select your active policy for which you would like to view details. You will be able to see the COI or Policy Number on the top of the screen.
Note: If your COI or policy number is not visible, it could be due to poor internet connectivity. Please check your internet connectivity and try again.
