How long does a claim take to process?

The claim process differs depending on the type of claim filed.

• If you have opted for a cashless claim by taking your car to the network garage, the claim will be settled while your car is being repaired.
• If you have already repaired your car and have submitted the relevant documents for reimbursement, the claim will be settled within 30 days from the date of receipt of the last document.
