How do I get my car inspected?

If there is a requirement for car inspection, the insurance provider will mention this along with the quotation details of the insurance. 

In such a case, you will need to submit photos of your car after making the payment by tapping Add Photos on the payment confirmation screen. You will need to submit the required documents within 48 hours from the time you complete the payment. 

Important Points: 

• Once you tap Add Photos and start the process, you will need to capture and submit all necessary photos within 10 minutes. If you exceed this time limit, you will have to start the process again. 
• Ensure that you provide access to your Location, Camera, and Gallery when requested in order to successfully submit all necessary photos. 
• Ensure that you have a stable internet connection before starting the process
• Keep your car Registration Certificate (RC) handy
• Park your car away from other cars so that you are able to take wide-angle photos and capture the edges of your car
• Limit the photo size to a maximum of 5 MB
• Read all instructions carefully and review the photos before submitting 
• If the insurance provider requires you to re-submit any photos, you will be notified on your PhonePe app and via SMS to do so
