What if I am unable to submit photos for inspection?
Important: You will have to submit all the necessary photos for inspection within 48 hours from the time you made the payment for the insurance. If you fail to do so, the insurance provider will automatically reject the policy issuance and will refund the entire payment amount to you.
- If you’re unable to submit photos due to network or connectivity issues, you can try again after ensuring that you have a strong internet connection. Please note that you will have to capture and submit all photos within 10 minutes from the time you tap Add Photos and start the process. - If you do not want to submit photos for inspection, the insurance provider will automatically reject the policy issuance if they don’t receive the photos within 48 hours from the time you make the payment. You can also directly contact the insurance provider and request them to cancel the policy by sharing your PhonePe registered mobile number and your car registration number.
In both cases, the insurance provider will refund the entire amount to you.
