When will the policy be issued after I submit photos for inspection?

Once you submit the necessary photos, the insurance provider will take upto 24 hours to review them. Based on the photos submitted, the insurance provider may accept or reject the policy issuance. 

If accepted, your policy will be immediately issued, and a soft copy will be sent to your registered email ID. The policy will start from the date of issuance and will be valid for 1 year. 

In case it gets rejected, the status will be on the Policy Details screens on your PhonePe app, and the entire payment amount will be refunded to you. 

Note: If the insurance provider rejects the issuance of your policy, you can check for quotations from other insurance providers on PhonePe.
