What are the deductibles mentioned in my claim for?

The amount mentioned under deductible will be borne by the insured. So in case of OPD expenses and accidental hospitalization, the insured will pay ₹500 which will not be reimbursed by the insurer. Similarly, for a missed connecting flight, if the time gap between the scheduled arrival of the previous flight and the scheduled departure of the next flight is less than 3 hours, the claim will not be payable.
