What if I’m unable to find my Certificate of Insurance (COI) or policy number?

1. Tap Insurance at the bottom of the home screen. You can also tap See All under the Insurance section on the home screen.
2. Tap Guaranteed Returns under the Life Insurance section.
3. Select your active policy.
4. Your COI or policy number will be visible in the top section of the screen.

Note: If your COI or policy number is not visible, it could be due to poor internet connectivity. Please check your internet connectivity and try again.
