Where do I find my policy document?

The policy document with all your policy details will be sent to your registered email ID. Please check your inbox and spam folder. 
You can also find the policy details within the PhonePe app. To do so, 

1. Tap Insurance on your PhonePe app home screen.
2. Select the relevant Insurance.
3. Tap the active policy under My Policies. You will see a download icon next to Policy Document.
4. Tap the icon to download your policy document.

Note: Your policy document has the transaction amount and GST number. The same document can be used as an invoice.
