How do I file a claim in case of any damages?
You will need to contact Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company on 1800-102-030 to file a claim. The claims process is as follows:
- You will have to share your policy or IMEI number to file a claim.
- After your claim is filed, you will receive an email or SMS with the claim details and will have to submit relevant documents.
- Once the claim eligibility check is complete, you will be asked to opt for one of the following:
- Pick up repair service
- Self repair and reimbursement service - Depending on the service you choose and documents submitted, your claim will be settled.
