What is the difference between pick up repair service and self repair and reimbursement service?
These are different services that you can choose to get your mobile repaired. Below is the process that will be followed based on the service you select:
- Pick up repair service
- This is a cashless claims experience
- A repair partner will be assigned to repair your mobile based on the pincode you’ve entered while purchasing the policy. The partner will pick up your mobile from your home for repair.
- Once the repair is complete, your mobile will be delivered to you at your address
- The repair vendor will update the relevant and necessary documents
- The insurer will pay the vendor directly for the repair - Self repair and reimbursement service
- You should get your device repaired at any of your mobile brand’s authorised service centres
- You should collect the GST invoice from the service centre for the repair
- You will receive a link to upload your claim documents to receive the claim amount
