What documents do I have to submit for a claim?
You will have to submit the purchase invoice of your mobile to file a claim. Apart from this, you will also be asked to submit a few other documents based on the repair service type,
- For pick up repair service
- Photos of the damaged mobile. The photos should capture visible damages from all 4 angles, the back of the mobile, and the IMEI number.
- Mobile purchase invoice
- Photo identity proof
- Any other relevant documents as requested by the vendor - For self repair and reimbursement service

- Repair estimate from your mobile brand’s authorised service centre (before repair)
- Bill or invoice for the repair (after repair)
- Cancelled cheque of an account that you hold with any bank
- Photo identity proof
- Any other relevant documents as requested by the insurer
