What if I’m unable to find my Certificate of Insurance (COI) or policy number?

To view your COI or policy number on your PhonePe app:

1. Tap Insurance at the bottom of the home screen. You can also tap See All under the Insurance section on the home screen.
2. Select your insurance type.
3. Select your active policy.
4. Your COI or policy number will be visible in the top section of the screen.

Note: If your COI or policy number is not visible, it could be due to poor internet connectivity. Please check your internet connectivity and try again. If the issue persists, please tap the button below and raise a ticket for the relevant insurance policy payment and we will assist you with this.
