How do I file a claim for my Shop Insurance policy?
To file a claim, you will need to leave a missed call at 1800-103-4448. The insurer will call you back in 10 minutes.
Note: Please call from a registered mobile number only and not a landline.
You can also mail the insurer at [email protected]. The insurance provider will contact you and ask you to send them any required documents. Once your claim is registered, you will receive an email or SMS with the claim details.
