When will my Shop Insurance policy be issued and where can I find it?

Offline Purchase - If you have subscribed to this policy through your Smart Speaker, the policy will be issued within 2 days of your subscription. You can find the policy details on your PhonePe app as follows:

1. Tap Insurance at the bottom of the home screen. You can also tap See All under the Insurance section on the home screen. 
2. Tap Shop Insurance. 

Online Purchase - The policy is usually issued immediately after you buy it on PhonePe. Your policy document with the policy certificate number and other details will be sent to your registered email ID. You can also find the policy details on your PhonePe app as follows:

1. Tap Insurance at the bottom of the home screen. You can also tap See All under the Insurance section on the home screen. 
2. Tap Shop Insurance.
