Can I buy the Super Top-up policy for my family members? 

The policy can be availed for the following family members including Self (PhonePe user = Proposer):

1. Legally wedded spouse
2. Dependent Children (i.e. natural or legally adopted) between the age of 3 months to 25 years. 
3. Parents and Parents-in-law

Note: 
Reliance: Self and spouse along with 6 children can be covered. Only 2 adults can be covered in a single policy.
For Parents (Mother + Father) and Parents in-laws (Mother-in-Law + Father-in-Law), one needs to take separate policies. 
Niva Bupa: Self and spouse along with 2 children can be covered. Only 2 adults can be covered in a single policy.
For Parents (Mother + Father) and Parents in-laws (Mother-in-Law + Father-in-Law), one needs to take separate policies.
