How do I track the delivery of my silver coin or bar?

You can track the delivery of your silver coin or bar using the Air Waybill (AWB) number and the tracking link that will be shared with you through an SMS. You will receive this SMS within 2 days from the date you raised the delivery request.

Alternatively, you can track your delivery on your PhonePe app as follows:

1. Tap History.
2. Select the relevant silver purchase.
3. Tap Track Order and the Shipping Status will be displayed.

Note: The delivery will only be attempted twice. If you’re not available on both days, the silver provider will cancel the delivery and refund the entire amount to you.
