How to safely receive my silver delivery?
Here’s how you can safely receive your silver delivery:
- Do not accept the package from the delivery partner if the seal is broken or the package has been tampered with.
- Do not share the OTP on call with the delivery partner. You should share the OTP only when you receive the package.
Note: If you face any issues with your silver delivery, please raise a ticket with us within 14 days from the date of purchase and we will assist you with this. To do so,
- Tap History on the PhonePe app home screen.
- Select the relevant silver purchase.
