What if the merchant has added a credit entry for an incorrect amount?

If you see that a merchant has added a credit entry for an incorrect amount, we request you to directly contact the merchant and ask them to edit the last credit entry. After the merchant makes the changes, you will be able to view the same on your PhonePe app. 

Note: PhonePe only acts as a facilitator for khata payments and will address only payment related issues. We believe that a merchant is better placed to address any non-payment related issues that you may face.
