What if I’m unable to use my PhonePe Wallet for a payment after scanning the PhonePe QR code at a store?
You may be unable to make a payment using your PhonePe Wallet balance at a store due to any of the below reasons:
- The merchant has not enabled PhonePe Wallet as a payment mode
- Your PhonePe Wallet balance is not enough for the payment
Note: You may not be able use multiple payment modes for a single payment after scanning the PhonePe QR code at some merchant stores. - You have scanned a non-PhonePe QR code. You will see PhonePe Wallet as a payment option only for PhonePe QR codes.
