How do I send a message to someone?

To send a message to someone on PhonePe:

1. Tap To Mobile Number under the Transfer Money section on the PhonePe app home screen.
2. Search and tap a contact name or number within the Search number or name bar.
3. Type out the message that you wish to send and tap the arrow icon.

Note: If you want to send a number as a message, type the number and add a space before you tap the arrow icon to send it out.
