What if I didn’t get the cash from the ATM even after the status is marked as successful on my PhonePe app?
If you didn’t get the cash from the ATM, your bank will refund the amount to your account within 5 days from the date you tried to withdraw the money. You can check your relevant bank account statement after 5 days for a confirmation.
If your bank fails to refund the money within 5 days, please contact them directly for help.
