How do I re-submit my documents if my KYC verification has failed?
To submit your KYC verification again,
Tap Wealth at the bottom of your PhonePe app home screen.
Tap Review to re-submit your KYC verification.
Start the KYC verification again through DigiLocker by entering your Aadhaar number and the captcha.
Tap Next, enter the OTP received on your Aadhaar linked mobile number, and tap Continue.
Enter the Digilocker PIN if you have already generated it, or set a 6-digit Digilocker PIN and tap Continue.
Tap Allow to provide access to fetch Aadhaar and e-pan from your DigiLocker account.
Click a selfie, fill in all the personal information along with your digital signature, and tap Next.
Tap Continue to verify your Aadhaar details, accept the terms & conditions. Enter the OTP you then receive and tap Verify OTP to digitally sign your KYC application.
