What if I'm unable to complete my KYC verification due to a technical issue?
You may be unable to complete KYC verification due to any one of the below reasons:
You don’t have strong internet connectivity
You’ve not given PhonePe or Signzy (our KYC partner) the consent to complete the KYC
The technical issue you can face may include,
Not being able to enter or receive OTP to verify your Aadhaar details.
Entering your personal details
Uploading a selfie
Your PAN and Aadhaar card details do not match.
