Why do I need to resubmit my KYC?
As per SEBI regulations, if your KYC re-verification has failed due to an incorrect mobile number or email ID, you need to submit your KYC again to continue investing in mutual funds through PhonePe.
To do so, tap Submit KYC on the Wealth section of your app.
You can invest immediately once you have resubmitted your KYC. However, you can only withdraw funds after the KYC verification is complete. This may take up to one day.
Important: Failure to resubmit your KYC documents by 18th August 2023 will change your KYC status to ‘On hold’. This means you can no longer invest/withdraw funds or update your AutoPay settings until your KYC is verified again.
