Visit the e-Filing portal and click on Link Aadhaar under the Quick Links section.
Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number and then Continue to Pay Through e-Pay Tax.
Enter and re-enter your PAN and mobile number details and tap Continue.
Fill in the OTP you received on the mobile number and Continue.
Select your Income Tax tile. Choose the Assessment Year. Choose Other Receipts (500) as the Type of Payment and Continue. The applicable amount will be pre-filled, please check the amount and Continue.
Select your mode of payment and pay the challan.
Go to the portal’s homepage again and click Link Aadhaar under the Quick Links section. Once you’ve entered your PAN and Aadhaar details, enter the OTP received on your mobile number and Validate it.
You can check the status by clicking Link Aadhaar Status on the homepage.
