What if I made a one-time payment as my auto payment failed or was pending?
If you’ve made a one-time payment because your auto payment failed, check if your money has been deducted for the auto payment as well. If money has been deducted, it will be refunded to your account within 2 days from the date of the failed payment.
If you’ve made a one-time payment and your auto payment is marked as successful after 1 working day, then your account has been debited twice. In this case, both the amounts debited from your account will be invested, however, we request you to tap the button below and create a ticket for the auto payment.
