If you wish to block your PhonePe account, you can do so by raising a request with us. To raise this request, tap here and proceed with the verification.
Note: You’ll need to share the below details for us to complete the verification.
- Your registered mobile number
- Name of your bank linked with PhonePe
- Last 4 digits of your linked bank account
- Amount of the last payment
- Manufacturer's name of the device that you last used to log into PhonePe.
Once you complete the verification, your PhonePe account will be instantly blocked, until you place a reactivation request.
