How do I block my account if I've lost my SIM or device?

If you wish to block your PhonePe account, you can do so by raising a request with us. To raise this request, tap here and proceed with the verification.

Note: You’ll need to share the below details for us to complete the verification.

  • Your registered mobile number
  • Name of your bank linked with PhonePe 
  • Last 4 digits of your linked bank account 
  • Amount of the last payment 
  • Manufacturer's name of the device that you last used to log into PhonePe.

Once you complete the verification, your PhonePe account will be instantly blocked, until you place a reactivation request.  

How do I unblock my account?

To unblock your temporarily blocked PhonePe account, please tap here and raise a request.

Important: If you’ve entered the wrong password on your PhonePe account more than once, your account will be blocked for 24 hours as a security measure. In such cases, you will have to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can login with the correct password, or reset your account password, if you have forgotten it.
