If you wish to change your registered phone number on PhonePe, you will need to delete your existing PhonePe account and create a new one. You can delete your account by raising a deactivation request with us.
Before raising a deactivation request, please ensure that you have:
- Received all pending refunds
- Received support and closed all issues related to cancelled orders and bookings
- Used all reward coupons you’ve received
Note: Unused rewards will expire when you deactivate your account. - Used your Wallet balance for payments, or withdrawn the balance, if applicable
Note: If you are a min-KYC user and you wish to withdraw your withdrawable wallet balance to your bank account, you will need to close your PhonePe Wallet. To close your wallet, you will need to have a minimum balance of ₹1. - Unlinked all your bank accounts
Note: Please ensure you withdraw any wallet balance, if applicable, to your bank account before unlinking. - Deleted all your saved card details
- Sold any gold you've purchased on PhonePe, or have had it delivered
