I want to stop using my PhonePe account temporarily

Currently, you do not have the option to temporarily deactivate your PhonePe account. If you wish to discontinue using PhonePe for some time, you can log out from your app. 

You can use your wallet balance, PhonePe gift card, and gold balance, if you have any, before logging out of your account. However, all these balances will not be affected and will remain in your account when you log back in.

To log out of your PhonePe account:

1. Tap your profile picture on the PhonePe app home screen.  
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Logout.
3. Tap Yes to confirm. 

You can log in to your account at any time if you wish to use PhonePe for payments.

Note: You will continue to receive funds sent using your PhonePe registered number and UPI ID(s) after you log out. You’ll also continue getting notified about the reminders that you’ve set.
