Why haven’t I received any reward for a payment?

You will receive a reward only if your payment meets any of our existing offer terms and conditions. Please tap Offers on your PhonePe app home screen and select the relevant offer that you expected to be applied for your payment to view the detailed terms and conditions.

If you find that your payment was eligible for the offer, but it wasn’t auto-applied, you can raise a ticket as follows and we will look into it:

  1. Tap Select a Payment
  2. Select the relevant payment.
  3. Tap Contact PhonePe Support.
  4. Tap Offers and Rewards Related and then, select Cashback/Scratch Card Offer

Note: If you saw the Best offer applied message while making a payment, but haven’t received the reward, we request you to wait for 24 hours. You will receive your reward within 24 hours from the time you made the payment
