What if I haven’t received cashback for the referral?

Important: The referral cashback offer is only available to select users on PhonePe. If you do not see the Refer & Earn option, you can still invite others to join PhonePe through the Invite Now option. 

You will receive cashback for inviting your friend or family member to use PhonePe only if: 

1. You have used the Refer & Earn option to send an invite. 
2. The invitee has used the referral link you’ve sent to install and download PhonePe. 
3. The invitee has registered on PhonePe and created an account.
4. The invitee has linked their bank account on PhonePe and made their first payment through UPI within 5 days of registering on the app.
