If you haven’t received the offer benefit even after applying the coupon code, please contact the merchant for further assistance. For the merchant’s contact details, 

1. Tap Rewards on the PhonePe app home screen. 
2. Select the relevant coupon reward and tap Offer Details.
3. Tap Read More.
4. You will find the merchant’s contact details under the Other Terms and Conditions section.
