What if I’m unable to avail a coupon reward?

You may be unable to avail a coupon reward due to any one of the below reasons:

• The coupon is not applicable on the item(s) you want to buy or the service(s) you want to avail 
• Your total order value is lesser than the minimum order value specified by the merchant 
• The merchant is facing some technical issues
• Your purchase didn’t meet other terms and conditions specified by the merchant

To check the terms and conditions,

1. Tap Rewards on the PhonePe app home screen. 
2. Select the relevant coupon reward and tap Offer Details.
3. Tap Read More.
