What if I’m unable to exchange my reward?

You may not be able to exchange your reward due to any one of the reasons: 

• No rewards are available for exchange. Please try later if you see this message on your screen. 
• You don’t have good internet connectivity. Please check your internet connectivity and try again. 
• The reward is not eligible for exchange. 
• You tapped Show to view the code. Once you tap Show, you can’t gift or exchange the reward.
