How do I check the status of my existing ticket?

To check for updates,

1. Tap Contact Us. 
2. Enter your PhonePe registered mobile number.
3. Enter the OTP sent to the mobile number.
4. Tap Previous support messages on PhonePe.
5. Select the relevant ticket ID to check for updates.
