You’re unable to log in to your PhonePe account as you’re using a new mobile phone.

What can I do? 
Please reach out to us by tapping Contact Us and following the steps below: 

  1. Enter your PhonePe registered mobile number, and tap Next.
  2. Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and tap Submit and Get Help
  3. Tap Unable to use PhonePe, and then tap Unable to Login/Register.
  4. Enter the details of the issue you’re facing, and attach a screenshot of the error you’re seeing. 
  5. Tap Send to submit, and our customer support representatives will contact you within the next 3 days to help you with this.
