You’re unable to log in to your PhonePe account as you’re using a new mobile phone.
What can I do?
Please reach out to us by tapping Contact Us and following the steps below:
- Enter your PhonePe registered mobile number, and tap Next.
- Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number and tap Submit and Get Help.
- Tap Unable to use PhonePe, and then tap Unable to Login/Register.
- Enter the details of the issue you’re facing, and attach a screenshot of the error you’re seeing.
- Tap Send to submit, and our customer support representatives will contact you within the next 3 days to help you with this.
