Not getting OTP

If you are not receiving any OTP for login, please check that you have allowed PhonePe SMS send and view permission. 

To allow permission, 

  1. Open Settings on your phone. 
  2. Tap Application Manager/Apps
  3. Select PhonePe
  4. Tap Permissions
  5. Tap on SMS to allow permission.

Note: If you’ve allowed permission and you’re still not getting the OTP, please note that sometimes due to network issues, service providers may take longer than usual to send the SMS. You can try after some time. 

Received wrong or expired OTP

If you are not able to login due to wrong or expired OTP, please tap Resend OTP after 2 minutes. 

Note: In case the OTP is not being read by the app automatically, please check your Phone SMS inbox.
